Shipping Policy

At Emma & James Toronto, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping.

Free shipping across Canada

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Canada. No minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. During busy periods (such as Black Friday and the holiday season) delivery may take a little longer.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Multiple packages

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. This does not affect your shipping costs.

Taxes

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
