How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery within Canada usually takes 7–12 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders across Canada.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

My order arrived in multiple packages. Is that normal?

Yes. If you order several items, they may be shipped separately. The remaining items are on their way.

Can I return my order?

Of course. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Please email us first at info@emmajamestoronto.com so we can send you the return instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy for all details.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received and checked your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How do I find my size?

Check the size chart on the product page. Between two sizes? We usually recommend choosing the larger size. Still unsure? Email us and we will gladly help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change or cancel it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
